Success-Based Compensation: Our commission is payable exclusively upon the successful signing of the final deed of sale, contingent upon you becoming a property owner.

Exclusive Mandate Revocable at Any Time: Before commencing your search, we collaborate to assess its feasibility. To maintain dedicated service, we cap the number of concurrent assignments, ensuring availability when our clients require assistance. We uphold a mutual commitment for mutual benefit.

Fee amount:

• 2% of the purchase price, including taxes, for any property priced at or above one million euros
• 2.5% of the purchase price, including taxes, for any property priced at less than one million euros

Fees, inclusive of taxes, are calculated on the price quoted by the notary (including agency fees, excluding notary fees). Minimum fee: ten thousand euros

For rental searches, our fees are equivalent to one month’s rent plus monthly property charges.
