Success-Based Compensation: Our commission is payable exclusively upon the successful signing of the final deed of sale, contingent upon you becoming a property owner.

Exclusive Mandate Revocable at Any Time: Before commencing your search, we collaborate to assess its feasibility. To maintain dedicated service, we cap the number of concurrent assignments, ensuring availability when our clients require assistance. We uphold a mutual commitment for mutual benefit.

Fee amount:

• Our fees are calculated on the basis of a system of degressive rates applied per tranche of the property's sale price. Our fees include VAT and are calculated on the basis of the price signed with the notary, including agency fees and excluding notary fees.
  
• 2.9% up to €500,000
  
• 2.5% from €500,000 to €750,000
  
• 2% from €750,000 to €1,000,000
  
• 1.5% from €1,000,000 to €1,500,000
  
• 1% above €1,500,000
  

Example of how our fees are calculated for a purchase price of €1,200,000 excluding notary fees: 500,000 x 2.9% + (750,000 - 500,000) x 2.5% + (1,000,000 - 750,000) x 2% + (1,200,000 - 1,000,000) x 1.5% = €28,750 incl. VAT
