The district is famous for hosting numerous head offices and is home to a large number of concert halls, music halls and theaters. Prices a bit lower than in the center of the capital

The 9th arrondissement of Paris is ideal for first-time buyers, families or investors. Each neighborhood has its own characteristics according to the needs and desires of buyers.

South Pigalle (between 11,000 and 13,500€ per m²)

Very trendy, this neighborhood has undergone an urban rebranding over the last 15 years. There are beautiful old and Haussmannian residential buildings and increasingly bourgeois inhabitants.

Saint-Georges (between 11,000 and 14,000€ per m²)

Its intense neighborhood life, including the very famous Rue des Martyrs, offers numerous food shops and trendy establishments.

New Athens (between 11,000 and 13,500€ per m²)

South of Place de Clichy, this district has a bourgeois and family atmosphere. Charming residential streets perpendicular to each other are home to a few private mansions.

Rochechouart (between €10,500 and €13,000 per m²):

On the border of the 10th and 18th districts, this district has one of the two largest green spaces in the 9th with Square d'Anvers.
